Please complete this form and return it using the ‘SUBMIT’ box below if you now attend LBC regularly and/or intend to do so over a period of time. Providing your details will give you access to regular email updates, news and events. If you give your consent, any details you have not previously supplied will be used to update the ChurchBox database, and you will have access to other ChurchBox features. You will also be included in, and have access to, the Church Directory, which means your contact details will be shared with other members of the fellowship and you will be able to see theirs. You can remove your consent or amend any of your details at any time via your ChurchBox account or by contacting LBC.
