Baptism at LBC

At Lincoln Baptist, we believe in biblical baptism by full immersion. What does that mean? We believe that it is taught throughout the New Testament that once we have come to Jesus for Salvation, we are to declare to the whole world what the Gospel has done for us in the form of believers baptism. Romans 6:3-4 says “Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.”
